APARTMENT RULES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT 1. REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN Please submit the full names and identification documents of all guests at least 24 hours before arrival. Entry is subject to verification and authorization by the property management and security staff. Only guests registered on the reservation may stay at the apartment. Visitors require prior authorization and must comply with the residential complex's rules. 2. CHECK-OUT Check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out require prior authorization and are subject to availability. 3. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS Parties, events, and excessive noise that disturb neighbors are not permitted. Please respect the residential complex's regulations and follow the instructions of the security staff. 4. CARE OF THE APARTMENT Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Please take care of the furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, bed linens, and towels. Report any damage, loss, or issue immediately. Do not flush wet wipes, sanitary pads, or any other objects down the toilet. When leaving the apartment, turn off all lights, televisions, and air conditioners. Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. 5. COMMON AREAS Use of the swimming pool, beach, and other common areas is subject to availability, operating hours, and management regulations. Access to the private beach requires a reservation at least one day in advance and is subject to availability and the residential complex's rules. 6. CLEANING AND CHECK-OUT CONDITION Before leaving, wash the dishes and dispose of all rubbish in the designated area. Please leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order, with all items listed in the inventory. 7. SECURITY DEPOSIT When applicable, a refundable security deposit will be required before check-in. The amount, applicable conditions, and refund timeframe will be communicated before the reservation is confirmed. The security deposit is separate from the accommodation price and will be refunded after check-out and inspection of the apartment, provided there is no damage, missing property, or extraordinary cleaning costs resulting from improper use. Any deductions will be communicated with supporting evidence and an itemized breakdown of the costs. No deductions will be made for normal wear and tear or routine cleaning. If a partial refund applies, the remaining balance will be returned together with a breakdown of the deductions. 8. BOOKING PAYMENT All accommodation bookings must be paid for in advance through the Cartagena Tours y Viajes platform, using the payment methods available during the booking process. Payments are not collected directly at the apartment, and guests must not pay for the accommodation directly to the property owner or security staff. Reservations are subject to the payment and confirmation conditions established by Cartagena Tours y Viajes. Guests must complete the required payment for their reservation to be confirmed, in accordance with the terms provided during the booking process. When applicable, the security deposit is separate from the booking payment and is governed by the conditions communicated before the reservation is confirmed. 9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Accommodation cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy communicated to and accepted by the guest when making the reservation through Cartagena Tours y Viajes. The security deposit is intended to cover damage, loss, or missing items, in accordance with the previously communicated conditions. It does not constitute a cancellation penalty.
